Payment and delivery

Terms of purchase for companies from the EU (except Latvia) in our store:

✅ To purchase goods without VAT, we must verify your valid VAT payer status.

✅ You will receive an email with your order confirmation.

✅ Payment for goods without VAT must be made only from the VAT payer's bank account.

✅ Otherwise, the purchase will be canceled, and the funds will be returned to the customer's bank account.

The delivery cost starts from 7,99 EUR, depending on the weight of the goods. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

Your order will be shipped as soon as www.susanapasaule.lv will receive fully pre-payment. Please, add the invoice or order number at the payment details.

Order process and confirmation:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days at www.susanapasaule.lv warehouse in Riga, Latvia.

Shipping takes between 2 and 8 working days depending on EU location. Your order will be sent through the Mail.

You will receive confirmation e-mail, when your order is placed.

Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.
