   1.1. Client's first name, last name, phone number, email address, bank account number (A - Data).

2. Purpose of Data Processing:

   2.1. Data processing and delivery services, invoice preparation and sending.

   2.2. If data is processed for other purposes,

   2.3. Consent of the data subject for data processing.

3. Access and Storage of Data:

   3.1. Data is entered into the company’s reporting system.

   3.2. Data is entered into the accounting program. The program has access only via a secure password.

   3.3. Access to data is protected from unauthorized access, and its use is controlled. Access to personal data is only for the purpose of fulfilling responsibilities. 3.4. Data will not be sent to the EU.

4. Disclosure of Information:

   4.1. Data may be provided to competent government officials.

5. Data Retention Period:

   5.1. Data is retained for the allowable period, after which it is deleted.

6. Rights of the Data Subject:

   6.1. Individuals have the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the authorities and their legal rights.
